I simply can’t speak highly enough of Chris. It is such a pleasure working with him and my wife and I could not be more pleased with a listing OR buying agent! Buying and/or selling a home can be stressful, but Chris made is so easy for us. He took care of everything and he knows the market better than anyone. Chris was the agent we used a few years ago. He helped us sell our first house at a great price. At the same time he negotiated a great deal on the purchase of another. Moreover, he even coordinated with the sale and purchase so that we moved directly from one house to another the same day! Recently, when my wife and I decided to sell our home that we loved to move closer to our parents, I did not hesitate to call him up and ask him to be the listing agent again. Even though our home was located in a very nice, well-to-do neighborhood (with nice homes, well-manicured lawns, great schools) we were concerned about how long our home would stay on the market. That’s because the market wasn’t great and there were nice and newer homes for sale in our neighborhood that had been on the market several months… and ours wasn’t even listed yet.When Chris came over and did his walkthrough, he pointed out things that needed the be taken care of before selling. He ensured me that they were things that buyers would notice if I didn’t address them. His list ranged from things like simple cleaning and painting walls to painting shutters and adding fresh mulch to the flowerbed, etc. The list wasn’t difficult or expensive, but it did take a couple months to complete simply due to my work schedule. But I took what he said to heart as I did when he helped me on the quick sale of my first home. When he helped us buy the house, we had gotten it at a time when the buyer's market was stronger - I would have been surprised and happy to break even on the sale. But after taking his advice and making the changes he mentioned, his suggested list price was much more than I expected. To be honest, I was doubtful that we’d ever get that much especially since it seemed like the market was not as good as it was before; but I respected his opinion and I’m glad I did. Two weeks after listing the house, we had MULTIPLE offers on it! Not only did sell the house a MONTH after listing, but it sold for well OVER the list price! To add, even during closing, Chris was advocating for us making sure that we would receive everything we already had paid in taxes for the previous year. He is truly on top of his game!Of course, I can’t promise you that your results will be the same as ours. But I can guarantee that Chris is one of the hardest working and one of the best realtors if not THE BEST realtor you can hire. After leaving the neighborhood for the last time, I saw the same houses with “For Sale” signs that had been on the market for over a year at that point… that alone shows you the difference a that a good real estate agent can make. If you want an agent that knows the market and who is skillful about buying AND selling and one who will put you first, you simply will not find a better agent than Chris Farm!

We have used Chris for many transactions and he is the ultimate professional. Our most recent transaction was to sell our home and he came with a plan. He didn’t just show up to get a listing, put it on MLS and hope it would sell. He sold our home quickly and with a minimum of problems.

Chris Farm was truly a professional and an expert on the area. He knew about everything from school zones to flood planes. When we decided on a new home, he even showed up at the walk throughs! I also feel that he will continue to be a resource in the future.

Chris Farm has been a realtor in the area for 10 years and grew up in the area so his knowledge of the area is great. Chris was instrumental in selling our old house and finding a new home. Our house sold in 5 days and 5 days later we had a contract on a new home. We could not of done that on our own. If you are looking for a new home or selling your home Chris Farm is your man.

Chris was recommended to us and we could not have been more pleased with him during our entire home search process. He is very knowledgeable about the area, very accessible when questions arose, and always available to help in any way. He worked hard to find the perfect property for us and did not try to just sell a house. I feel that he is very honest and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
